By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has been in possession of the property and there is no dispute with regard to the character of the property. However, in the computerised patta, the lesser extent has been shown instead of the actual extent. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation and hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
