(tar) PRAYER: Revision filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.6.2014 in I.A.No.291 of 2013 in O.S.No.209 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem.

O R D E R
The petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the revision petition with liberty to take all contentions with regard to the document in question before the Trial Court.
2. In view of the endorsement so made, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. However, I make it clear that the expression "liberty" should not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the matter. There is no order as to costs in the revision petition. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is dismissed. 29.06.2017 tar To The Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem C.R.P.(P.D.) No.4310 of 2014 http://www.judis.nic.in
