This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 9.6.2015 and take cognizance on the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 9.6.2015 petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 9.6.2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
