ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Vijayalakshmi, aged about 22 years, to secure her daughter, who is said to be missing from 26.11.2014 and to set her at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.

The alleged detenue Vijayalakshmi is produced before this Court today.

When we enquired, she admits that she got married with one Saravanan and now she wants only to go along with her parents who are present in the Court and not willing to go along with her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the said statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed.
