The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.120 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The fourth anticipatory bail petition by the suspected accused in connection with Crime No.120 of 2024, registered on 15.04.2024 for offences under Sections 420, 468 and 506(1) of IPC. The very fact that even after the dismissal of three anticipatory bail petitions, the petitioner has not been arrested by the respondent police would go to show that the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 21.08.2025 dna To 2/4
