ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to accept the petitioner's representation given on 16.06.2016 and drop action on the above complaint dated 21.12.2015 in Crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both Crl.OPs and the learned Public Prosecutor (pondicherry) appearing for the respondents.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss these petitions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw these petitions and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
