This petition is filed to implead the proposed 2nd & 3rd respondents as 2nd respondent in W.P.No.7874 of 2023 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the nature of the prayer in W.P.No.2399 of 2023, this Court is of the view that, proposed 2nd & 3rd respondents are the necessary parties for effective adjudication of W.P.No.7874 of 2023. Therefore, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to implead the proposed 2nd & 3rd respondents as 2nd & 3rd respondents in W.P.No.7874 of 2023.

4. Issue notice to the proposed 2nd & 3rd respondents returnable in three weeks time. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter after three weeks.
