ORDER

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay incentives for the qualifications of M.Sc., and M.Ed.,

possessed by the petitioner.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Assistant with B.Sc., B.Ed., qualifications by the fourth respondent School. She joined the service on 01.06.1989. She acquired post graduate qualifications viz., M.Sc., in the year 1990 and M.Ed., in the year 1991 respectively.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not granted incentive increments for acquiring the post graduate qualifications M.Sc., and M.Ed., In this regard, she had made a representation dated 11.05.2015 to the first respondent seeking incentive increments for acquiring higher qualifications. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to incentive increments as per G.O.(2D) No.15, School Education Department, dated 28.03.2013 and as per the order of this Court dated 24.07.2013 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.11802 to 11806 of 2013 and also as per the order of this Court dated 13.10.2014 passed in W.P.No.7381 of 2007.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks for disposal of the said representation dated 11.05.2015, in the light of the Government Order and the orders of this Court referred to above.

7. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.05.2015, in the light of G.O.(2D).No.15, School Education Department, dated 28.03.2013 and the order dated 24.07.2013 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.11802 to 11806 of 2013 and also the order dated 13.10.2014 passed in W.P.No.7381 of 2007, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
