ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Babu, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/ contemnors.

2.It is submitted that the shop in question temporarily closed by order dated 12.11.2016. The question of temporary closure does not arise. The order and direction issued in the writ petition is clear and the shops shall not be established in the said locality henceforth. 3.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
