Now my client given a letter and instructed me to withdraw the above case and to get the copy of order in an early manner.

Hence we request you sir to kindly direct the registry to post the above petition in Crl.R.C.No.894/2015 before the court concern for withdrawal."

2. This Criminal Revision Petition was listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the above letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision petition.
