O R D E R

This revision is against an order made in I.A.No.205 of 2011, which is an application seeking to implead the respondents 3 and 4 as defendants 3 and 4 in the suit.

2.The Trial Court allowed the said application on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the 3rd respondent and Rs.500/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore. The newly added parties are on revision. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the suit itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 2/4

4.In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to seek restoration, if the suit is restored in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
