The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.118 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. For the case of job racketing, for providing a fake appointment orders, the matter is under investigation.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that due to abscondence of the suspected accused no progress could be made.
4. Taking into consideration the gravity of the crime, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
