The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the name of the writ petitioner is under consideration for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the next higher posts.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner has also submitted a representation seeking inclusion of his name in the panel for promotion on 25.07.2011 itself.

3.May that it be, now it is brought to the notice of this Court, that the name of the petitioner is under consideration for inclusion in the panel. Under these circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.07.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. and the documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
