The Inspector of Police, EDF3, CCB, Chennai to register the case against the Accused 1) S.Sekar, 2) S.Munirathnam, son of late Subbarayalu @ Sengalvarayan, 3) Lakshmi, W/o Kuppusami on the complaint dated 24.06.2015 given by the petitioner - Elumalai, to the commissioner of Police, Chennai, investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 02.02.2016 as the dispute is civil in nature.

3. In the above circumstances, nothing remains to adjudicate in this petition and the Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to enable him to take further action.
