Alleging that the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crl.OP.No. 17651 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present 1/2

Cont.P.No.618 of 2021 contempt petition has been filed.

2. Mr.Satish, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent corporation/second respondent has submitted that this court by its order dated 01.10.2019 directed the respondent therein to pay the retirement benefits to the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks.

3. In compliance with the said order, the retirement benefits of the petitioner accrued to the tune of Rs.12,161/- was ready, however, the same was not sent to the petitioner. The same was ready on 30.07.2021 by way of cheque bearing No.828546.

4. In view of the above, the order of this court has been complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with.
