Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition mentioned at para 7(c) insofar as it directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.O.P.No.3188 of 2021 order dated 05/03/2021 and pass such other orders as may be deemed fit and properin the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SATISH SUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3188 of 2021, dated 05.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
