ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The order of which contempt is alleged was passed on 30.6.2016 requiring it to be complied within 90 days of the receipt of the order. The certified copy filed with the petition shows that the petitioner received the copy of the order on 26.8.2016. Thus, certainly three months have not elapsed from that date.

2. On our query whether the petitioner knows whether the authorities received the order earlier, the learned counsel for the petitioner claims that she is unaware. The petition is clearly premature and, accordingly, the same is closed.
