O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram to pass orders on Crl.M.P.No.554/2019 in CC No.106 of 2018 for altering the charges within a reasonable time.

2. It is seen that a complaint has been filed in C.C.No.106 of 2018 for an offence under Section 294(b) and 5016(i) IPC on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram and issued ssummons to the accused on 03.05.2018. Thereafter, he filed petition in Crl.M.P.No.554 of 2019 for alteration of charges under section 216 of Cr.P.C , it was kept pending for trial on the Court below.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law in Crl.M.P.No.554/2019 in CC No.106 of 2018 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
