ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Singarapettai Police Station, Uthankarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District to investigate the matter and register FIR for the petitioner complaint dated 12.01.2022 vide CSR No.11 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.137 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 109 of IPC.
