Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has challenged the order of dismissal of the petition filed for cancellation of bail, but the Registry has wrongly numbered as Criminal Original Petition.

2.The Registry is directed to renumber the petition and post the same before the concerned Court.
