This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to investigate and register the complaint dated 25.10.2014 in CSR No.544/2014 and to file a report within the time limit fixed by this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 25.10.2014 petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.544 of 2014 before the first respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the said submission, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 25.10.2014, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
