Sudharshan Kumar Srinivasan, the second petitioner herein, to sign on behalf of the Second Petitioner in vakalat, petition and other pleadings and affidavits in the above Civil Revision Petition, present the Civil Revision Petition, make appearances in the above Civil Revision Petition and conduct the same on behalf of the Second petitioner herein.(IN CMP.NO.11793/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.K.

This petition is filed to permit Mr.M.V.S.Murthy, the Power of Attorney Agent of Mr.Sudarshan Kumar Srinivasan, the second petitioner herein, to sign on behalf of the second petitioner in vakalat, petition and other pleadings and affidavits in the above Civil Revision Petition, present the Civil Revision Petition, make appearances in the above Civil Revision Petition and conduct the same on behalf of the second petitioner herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also filed the Power of Attorney Deed executed by Mr.Sudarshan Kumar Srinivasan, in favour of Mr.M.V.S.Murthy. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, the petition in R.C.O.P.No.78 of 2017, is pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Alandur, and there is huge arrears of rent. He filed the Civil Revision Petition, seeking a prayer to expedite the trial.

The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that, Mr.Sudarshan Kumar Srinivasan is working in the United States of America and before proceeding to U.S.A., he had executed this Power of Attorney Deed on 02.08.2018, giving power and authority to Mr.M.V.S.Murthy, to file the proposed Civil Revision Petition and conduct the same.

Considering the request and also the Power of Attorney Deed dated 02.08.2018, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Mr.M.V.S.Murthy, is recognised as the Power of Attorney Agent of Mr.Sudarshan Kumar Srinivasan, the second petitioner herein, to sign on behalf of the second petitioner in vakalat, petition and other pleadings and affidavits in the above Civil Revision Petition, present the Civil Revision Petition, make appearances in the above Civil Revision Petition and conduct the same on behalf of the second petitioner herein.
