This Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 24.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.9647 of 2020 has not been complied with by the respondents.

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing has produced a copy of the proceedings in No.31-64/IGMC & RI/Acad/2021/1455 dated 22.06.2021, stating that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9647 of 2020 has been complied with. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and recording the proceedings dated 22.06.2021, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Hence this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 22.06.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
