ORDER

The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 24.04.2019 in W.P.No.4759 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner has already been settled as per his eligibility and the amount was also credited in the account of the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the statement.
