The petitioner has come up with this petition to condone the delay of 720 days in filing the revision. In support of this petition to condone the delay, the petitioner filed an affidavit stating that due to pandemic situation he was not able to travel to Chennai to take steps to file revision within time allowed by the law. Having regard to the reasons given by the petitioner for condoning the delay of 720 days in filing revision this Court is inclined to condone the delay on condition, petitioner paying a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to pay the said amount within the time stipulated the petition stands automatically dismissed.

In case the petitioner make payment within the time limit stipulated above, the Registry is directed to number the revision and post it for admission. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.B.R.Sankaralingam, the learned counsel, who filed vakalat for the respondent in the condone delay petition at the time of admission. 19.09.2022 rna 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
