Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in D.O.No.22/2023-C2 dated 24.02.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son Bharathi, male, aged 22 years, son of Settu, who is now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 30.03.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.1827, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
