This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register a complaint as against M/s. Lakshman and Ravi based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2016, enquire into the matter and file a First Information Report as against them.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed with advice to both the parties to approach the Civil Court. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
