..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned check slip issued by the 3rd Respondent dated 30.01.2026 vide RFL/Thammampatti/3/2026 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to register the document presented by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since this Court expressed its view that there is no infirmity in the impugned refusal check slip dated 30.01.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent, refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration on the ground that there is an injunction decree passed in favour of the third party pertaining to the very same property restraining the petitioner's husband from alienating/encumbering the property, the learned counsel for the petitioner has now made an endorsement in the Court bundle, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the said Civil Court or to approach any other higher Court to vacate the interim injunction.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 11-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order GSA
