This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register FIR based on the complaint dated 12.11.2011 given by the petitioner vide CSR No.45 of 2011 in pursuance of the common orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29577 of 2012 in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 12.11.2011 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
