ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 170, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.54 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who had impersonated himself as an I.A.S. Officer, had cheated the general public to the tune of Rs.92 lakhs promising to get job to them. When the earlier bail petition came up for consideration, the same was dismissed by this Court considering the gravity of the offence.

4. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases of similar in nature, the release of this petitioner will lead to recurrence of the crime. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
