ORDER
The writ petition is filed for the below relief: "directing the Joint director of Elementary Education to Consider the petitioners representation,dated 25.09.2025 and dispose of the matter at the earliest since the petitioner is about to get retirement in June 2026. ".
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has not received any appeal. Be that as it may, a mere perusal of the documents submitted by the petitioner before this Court also does not indicate the service of appeal on the Appellate Authority.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh appeal before the respondent and on the receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh appeal. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
