ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.240 of 1994 on the file of the F11 Gummudipoondi Police Station/the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that man missing FIR is pending before the respondent police.

4. The respondent police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19255 of 2016 dated 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
