The instant writ petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records made in the impugned instructions made in Memo.No.051836/555/G46/G462/ 2010-6 (Adm.Br) dated 05.11.2010 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential impugned combined seniority list to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
post of Foreman Grade I made in Ku.No.Ni.Pi.2/Udavi.1/ Ka.Mu.Nu./13 dated 02.03.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Foreman I grade by preparing fresh combined seniority list as per the helper seniority.
2. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 23.10.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 24.10.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 25.10.2019, in the first round as well as in the second round, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
