The petitioner submitted a representation to initiate action against the 3rd respondent with reference to certain corrupt practices.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the 3rd respondent demanded bribe from the petitioner's company and further gave some troubles to him. Whenever such complaints are received by the competent authorities regarding corrupt practices, the authorities are bound to conduct an enquiry and find out the genuinity of the allegations and initiate all appropriate actions.

3. In the present case, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no action has been taken by the respondents. Thus, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to look into the complaint and conduct a preliminary enquiry about the credentials of the 3rd respondent and initiate all appropriate actions by following the procedures as contemplated.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
