This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that this Court passed an order on 10.09.2019 in W.P.No.3951 of 2015, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to file an appeal before the Tribunal. However, the original copy of the impugned order was filed along with the writ petition and for the purpose of filing an appeal, the petitioner has to get back the original copy of the impugned order.

3. Thus, the Registry, High Court is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel on record, who filed the writ petition.
