O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.317 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner after sustaining injuries, got admitted to Government Stanley Hospital, Chennai and while in treatment there, he left the hospital midway and took treatment in a private hospital by name Sri Vignesh Clinic, on account of which, the police are unable to get wound certificate and opinion from the Doctor who treated the petitioner in the private hospital.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation by submitting the necessary medical records. The respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and file a Final Report.
