(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision is filed against the petition and order dated 08.03.2016 in I.A.No.4 of 2016 in unnumbered I.A. in unnumbered R.C.A. on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal, Dharmapuri. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 08.03.2016 in I.A.No.4 of 2016 in unnumbered I.A. in unnumbered R.C.A. to condone the delay of 389 days in representing the I.A. filed to set aside Section 5 application. He further submitted that since this Court has not granted any interim order pending Civil Revision Petition, the learned Judge numbered the I.A. filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as I.A.No.5 of 2016 to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the R.C.A. and hence, he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition but, prayed for speedy disposal of the said I.A.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also submitted that the 1st respondent will co-operate in disposing I.A.No.5 of 2016. 2/4
4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and 1st respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. The learned Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to dispose of the said I.A.No.5 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
