ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to pass appropriate orders to carry out the demarcation of the government land based on the representation given by the petitioner by an application dated 30.03.2022.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property in Survey No.211/5 and the petitioner is using the government poramboke water way of Oodai, as the way to reach his property, while so, the 4th respondent herein, who is the owner of the adjoining property, has encroached the said water way Oodai measuring 30 meters breadth and 500 meters length. Therefore, the petitioner submitted various representations from 24.09.2012 to 11.04.2022 on several dates, however, the same has not been considered, hence the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, viz., by way of an application dated 30.03.2022, on merits and pass appropriate orders, if not already considered, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, after providing opportunity to the necessary parties With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
