ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent police, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(2) of IPC and Section 55D of the Information Technology Act. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has already been completed the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2024 and filed final report on 09.04.2025 before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

In view of the above submissions, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
