2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 10.05.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
