ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 25.05.2015 passed by the second respondent and for a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to hold public meeting on 31.05.2015 at 100 feet Road, M.G.R.Nagar Market, Chennai83 at 5.00 P.M.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Since, the date sought for by the petitioner to hold the public meeting was already over, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application and if any fresh application is filed, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
