PETITION under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience shown to the order of this Court dated 27.4.2016 passed in W.P.No.15730 of 2016.

ORDER

In terms of the order dated 30.11.2016, a sum of Rs.9,73,668/- has been sanctioned and after deduction of tax, a sum of Rs.8,76,300/- (Rupees eight lakhs seventy six thousand and three hundred only) is to be paid to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that out of the said sum of Rs.8,76,300/-, 50% will be paid to the petitioner today and the second respondent will pay the remaining 50% on or before 06.1.2017.

3. The said submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is taken on record.

4. Hence, the above contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of non compliance of the undertaking given.
