[ Order of theCourt was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition was ordered on 10.01.2024 and suspension of sentence was granted to the petitioner on certain conditions.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a mentioning before us stating that the petitioner's blood brother, committed suicide yesterday and therefore, he has to participate in the final rituals of his brother by today itself.

3. Since, we have suspended the sentence of the trial Court by imposing certain conditions, which includes furnishing of two sureties, before the trial Court, we are of the view that such condition can be modified.

4. Accordingly, the condition at paragraph No.9(i) imposed by this Court in the order dated 10.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.7666 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.148 of 2021, is modified as follows: "The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a

blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore, within five days from today. In the meantime, the Jail authorities shall release the petitioner on his own bond, forthwith;"

5. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 10.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.7666 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.148 of 2021, remains intact.
