2.Then, it was also represented on behalf of Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, who has entered appearance in C.M.P.No.2380 of 2016 after Mr.N.Ishtiaq Ahmed has given up his engagement, that he too has given up the engagement and necessary endorsement has also been made to that effect. 3.It is seen that the name of the petitioner figures in the cause-list. However, there is no appearance for the petitioner. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
