ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner's father, while he was in service as Forest Watcher, died on 24.04.2000, leaving behind the petitioner and other legal heirs. At the time of his father's demise, the petitioner was a minor. After attainment of majority, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking appointment on compassionate ground.
4. After a period of 24 years, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered for appointment of compassionate ground, since the petitioner's family is not in a condition to consider for compassionate appointment. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and accordingly,
