ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to dispose of the appeal dated 22.06.2023 filed before the respondent herein after considering all the materials sent with the appeal.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on written instructions, would submit that when the said appeal was taken up for consideration, the petitioner did not appear before the first respondent and even the communication sent was returned with an endorsement stating "no such person."

3. In any event, since the appeal is said to have been filed, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner shall appear before the first respondent on 29.04.2025, 2/4

and the first respondent shall take up the appeal for consideration. After due enquiry, orders shall be passed in the manner known to law. (ii) The said exercise shall be completed within twelve weeks from the date of the petitioner's appearance before the first respondent. (iii) The party shall act on the production of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy. No costs. 08.04.2025 nsl To 1.
