ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 02.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6037 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.20193 of 2025 granted one week's time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20193 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025, the date from which such period is to be reckoned has not been specified. In this regard, it is clarified that the said period of one week shall be reckoned from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, paragraph No.3 in the order dated 02.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6037 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.20193 of 2025 is modified as follows: "3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20193 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and no further extension of time will be granted."

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised para in place of the original and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
