(CRIME NO.33/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3088/2022 dated 15.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.KAMADEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 15.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.3088 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(c) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police daily at 10.30 p.m., until further orders, stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
