(CRIME NO.33/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed in CRL.OP.No.3755/2022 dated 17.02.2022 and pass such or other orders as may deem fit and necessary and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KAMADEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 24.02.2022 till date and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 17.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3755 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
