This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.190 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.190 of 2022 has been registered by the respondent police, in which, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Coimbatore on 23.04.2024.
